traffic-light

Yesterday, I was sitting at a traffic light and as the arrow giving me permission to turn flashed green I realized that I am guilty of trusting traffic lights more than I trust God.

Failing to recognize the great danger I dash out into when I decide to go just because the light tells me it’s okay, I found myself like you may find yourself: blindly taking the risks life presents me with each day yet skeptically avoiding the risks God urges me toward.  And understandably so! Following God is frightening, stretching, and painful…but it’s also rewarding and impactful.

As people guilty of failing to believe, let’s make a pact to stop hesitating! Growth, change, and prosperity are counting on us to make the first move.

The light is green.

What are we waiting for?
